TPV螺杆长径比20:1以上压缩比2.5:1以上.当注塑加工不同的材料,用洗机料如PP或PE将料筒清理干净,然后再设置加工RenpreneTM TPV所需要的温度。
许多塑料和橡胶之间可形成TPV,但仅有个别共混物经过动态硫化后具有实用价值,商业化的有PP/PE/EPDM,PP/NBR,PP/ACM,PS/SEBS。在化工出版社《热塑性弹性体》一书中对11种橡胶和9种塑料制备的99种橡胶/塑料共混物进行了评论,研究发现,要得到性能的橡胶/热塑性塑料动态硫化共混物,必须满足以下条件:
(1)塑料和橡胶两种聚合物的表面能匹配;
(2)橡胶缠结分子链长度较低;
(3)塑料的结晶度大于15%。当塑料与橡胶之间的极性或表面能差别比较大的情况下,添加合适的相容剂,再进行动态硫化,也可以得到性能优良的共混物。
TPV can be formed between many plastics and rubber, but only a few blends have practical value after dynamic vulcanization. The commercialized ones are PP / PE / EPDM, PP / NBR, PP / ACM, PS / SEBS. In the book thermoplastic elastomer published by Chemical Industry Press, 99 Kinds of rubber / plastic blends prepared from 11 kinds of rubber and 9 kinds of plastics were reviewed. It was found that in order to obtain the best dynamic vulcanization rubber / thermoplastic blends, the following conditions must be met:
(1) The surface energy of two kinds of rubber and plastics is matched;
(2) The length of entangled molecular chain of rubber is low;
(3) The crystallinity of plastics is more than 15%. When the polarity or surface energy difference between plastics and rubber is large, the blends with excellent properties can also be obtained by adding suitable compatibilizer and dynamic vulcanization.
热塑性硫化橡胶的名称如果再说的详细一点,那应该是热塑性动态硫化橡胶(英文为Thermoplastic Dynamic Vulcanizate),加了“动态”2字是更具体说明了生产这种热塑性硫化橡胶的工艺---动态硫化,这种工艺指在橡胶和热塑性塑料熔融共混过程中使橡胶硫化,当然橡胶在硫化的同时也不断与热塑性塑料相混合,因此被硫化了的橡胶是作为分散相分布在热塑性塑料连续相中,简而言之,TPV可由TPO动态硫化后得到。与之相对应的热塑性静态硫化橡胶,就是指橡胶按传统方法先硫化好,然后通过磨粉设备把硫化好的橡胶磨成粉,与熔融的热塑性塑料共混,理论上这种方法也能制得性能优良的TPV,但到目前为止,只是处于实验室阶段。
